In my 'fantasy' world... everyone is Q. Which is to say... they have only the limits of their will and imagination to sustain any 'meaningful' existence and foregone 'reality' that encompasses their existence.

Everyone conjures the 'perfect' house, 'perfect' booze, 'perfect' flavoring ingredients, 'perfect' food, 'perfect' subservient race/species, etc.

'A sorceror with a universe unto themselves' is the motto at work here. Sentience is the "beginning" and the "end", and the ONLY means to living. Everything else is a work of 'artifice'... including the worker ants under one's feet!

As far as 'pancreator's children' go... ants and insects in general only want more food and children of their own. That is their instinctual design.
