RE: word association

(an example; what does "skotohelion" mean? or is it "scoptophilia" (voyeurism), only horribly misspelled? It often is names that force up such activity that are bound to bring with itself some rather nasty associations that means said peeper only is the tip of the iceberg as an example so! As to put it lightly)

ichtms -> isthmus ->

RE: word association

Isthmus is a strip of land joining two larger bodies of land (needed a dictionary for that, and I wanted to write needed a diary for that).

So 'is this amiss' yes, I've got those strange ''amiss' associations too. Especially when reading headlines on newspapers. But it's most it dutch, I won't post that here.

RE: word association

I guess these things happen when one don't describe exactly what one mean (or should it be "means" - my uncertainty is limitless when it comes to certain words) with a thread.

Every new reply is a new association. Like "hey there" morfs into "they? here!" which morfs again and becomes "marsians hear" - "ear motion" - "flapping appendix" - and on and on and on...

So let me begin with a first word/s for you to associate to something else & reply...
