a questions about online tests

A lot of them say n% of people with aspergers/autism score above x on this test. Do any of them ever say what percentage of NTs score above x?

I took many of these tests and always got results that were above (or below in the case of the EQ test) the average range.

I am wondering how much of this is my own difficulty in assessing myself and how much is the tests being overly sensitive for the purpose of being effective screening devices. (My guess is it is mostly the former, but I still feel like the % of NTs above a certain score would be a relevent bit of information)
