ASPD: Low Functioning Neurotypicality?

I was thinking, as autism has an extreme, why doesn't neurotypicality? And then I realized sociopaths are
1. Very charismatic.
2. Taste and smell sometimes dulled.
3. Extreme tolerance to pain and anxiety.
4. Probably more...

I'm not trying to step on anyones toes...
