Dear all-apologies if this has been posted before. I have come across a link to a youtube account owned by a boy called aboatisaboat (warning upsetting footage)

These videos are taken by the older (16yr old) brother of a 10 year old child. The child appears to have diverse needs-possibly some variant of autism. The videos are clearly taken with the child's knowledge but against his will. The motivation for them being posted appears to be unclear but it seems to be have been taken as an opportunity to make fun of this child.

To me the fact that this footage has been put on the internet without the consent of the child points to abuse. I have no idea why the mother has not taken steps to protect the boy and whilst I appreciate that she appears to be at the end of her tether she still has a duty to protect.

I was thinking that perhaps some of you, like me, might be prepared to contact this individual and point out to him why his behaviour is unfair and inappropriate. Bearing in mind that aboatisaboat is only 16 himself.
