Is it an aspie thing to have acute hearing?

My hearing is acute like a cat or a dogs. Loud noise upset me. I can hear whispering across a room or footsteps walking to the front door before they are near the front door. When I was a kid it was used against me. A person would whisper insults at me causing me to fly in a rage and of course I was in trouble for it. I noticed many have bad hearing so is my acute hearing a fluke or do aspies have that too?

I have a gift for enraging people, but if I ever bore you it will be with a knife.
