I just read that Menu Foods has recalled a batch of its "cuts and gravy" wet food for dogs and cats.  This food consists of chunks of meat in gravy, it is packaged both in cans and in foil pouches, and the batch affected by the recall was sold between Dec. 3 and Mar. 6 in Wal-Mart, Safeway, Kroger and other stores in the US, Canada and Mexico.  According to the report I read on AOL news, 10 pets have died of kidney failure since eating food from this batch.   I know this site is an odd place to post this news, but I also know how much we love our pets.
