Hello. Please allow me to introduce myself. I live in the deep forest, and I keep to myself as much as I can. I try my best to bother none, and to live as free of your world as I can. Your governments and corporations have encroached on my territory more and more; but fortunately I can live still, if only in the borderlands of your imagination.
I do not show myself to your scientists because I am not interested in their opinions. The idea that I need their approval to exist is ludicrous. I do not make myself approved to your religions because, well, their belief means nothing to me. I imagine it means nothing to God also. What exists simply is, and what transcends mere fleeting existence; well, I imagine you humans do not know as much about that as you think you do.
You chop down the living organic forests that I call home. You fail to understand that you are actually chopping down a living organism. The Red Men knew me and respected me. Yet, the new-comers do not appreciate who I am or what I stand for quite as much. I would not mind so much if you took what you needed. The problem I have is that you do not know what it is you need. You have no concept of what your real needs are. In fact, you have no concept of who or what you are. Every "need" you have is defined for you by marketers and social engineers.
You deny that I exist. Well, I deny that you exist. You seem to have no existence apart from the social context in which you find yourself. I do express respect for those termed "Aspies," some of whom seem to view the world in a manner similar to our view. But, such among you are few and far between. The majority of you seem to look at the world with lenses given to you. You need an outsider to show you the real world you live in, the world beyond the forests' edge where many lines have been drawn by so few who wield so much.
Again, you fail to see the world you dwell in as it is. So, let an outsider show you. Let someone who "does not exist" tell you about what really does exist. You humans split off from us a while ago. The details need not concern you, but we might well call one another family if you wish. After splitting off, you continued to be authentic for a long time. Millions of years passed and you continued to be real human beings. However, a point came when you fell under the influence of Kings and Priests who themselves worshiped dark entities demanding human sacrifice. Their system soon spread throughout your planet. You became slaves.
The "democratic" revolutions in America and France liberated you to some extent. But, alas, you remained asleep to the extent that businessmen and politicians replaced the rulers of old. You still follow dark entities and sacrifice to them. Today sacrifice is called war. You might think that wars are coincidences, but note the dates they are declared. Note the numerical "coincidences" of the dates when wars and acts of violence occur. Come on now! You are the "superior" species. You figure it out. May I suggest to you that even the "democratic" revolutions did not liberate you from the old bloodlines. They are still in power. Trace the genealogy of your American Presidents and see for yourself.
I am talking to you because I see some hope in you. We do share well over ninety-nine percent of our genes together. I am not a Gigantopithecus. I am not an Orangutan. I am closer to you than that. I am a Hominid. But, well, that is as much as I can figure out from science. Our oral history does not tell us for sure. It is my best guess based on science, which we are more than capable of by the way. At the same time, who we are biologically is no more relevant than who you are biologically when it comes to your sense of "ownness." The relevant fact is that you are about to either destroy our mutual planet or subject it to a harsh future without beauty, creativity, privacy, or freedom. That is where we step in. Step in we must.
I may not exist, very well wise ones, but I must exist again in your eyes. The truth is that I do exist, but I must exist in the way that we existed for the Native Americans. We came with The People when they crossed from Asia. The People listened to us, and we shared with them. Now, if you want to save yourselves, it would be better to listen to us than to your so-called leaders. We must exist again for you. Perhaps you do not believe that we actually live in your forests. Very well, perhaps. But, can we live in your hearts as Wild Men? Can the Wild Man live again? Permission to live must be granted us or something in you will die.
I bid you farewell now. You can search for me if you like. You can enter the dense forest and find me, or try. However, all that you will find is yourself. That is the point here. You have forgotten who you are in the attempt to master the world. If you find us, it is very well. You will have the evidence you need, and possibly even convince your scientists. Why I do not focus on that too much is that it would be better would be for you to find yourselves again than to find us. To be authentic, you must re-awaken and be free.
It is your choice. Although, perhaps it is not a choice but a necessity. You had better act quickly. Here my roar. It is mine, perhaps, but your ancestral heritage also.

Wow, so many good points that I can't even comment... I think tho that something that doesn't exist in a certain place outside our heads should be remembered for just in case, but nobody should delude themselves... that's the one part I might not agree with, depending on what you meant by "We need to exist again in your heads"...
Oh, and I need to look up "sasquatch"!

Not so much that we exist again in our heads as that we exist period. Sadly, humans have failed to exist at all!
If you are intuitive, and I sense you are, then I think you understand what I mean.

It is esoteric - and sasquatch could be a metaphor aslo for anything(like an alien) could be, not saying it is.

Thank you! Thank you, all. Sasquatch is a Native American name for "Bigfoot." My sense is that they exist, whether as Hominid or Pongid.
