i'm about to make french toast - dtx - 09-21-2010 11:07 PM Following this. So if that is wrong, someone pls shout out. I used to love French toast. My mum would make it and we'd have it with brown sauce. Americans prefer it sweet. I'll make some of both. RE: i'm about to make french toast - Ruby2010 - 09-22-2010 12:21 AM I love french toast, but I have to make mine without milk now. Thankfully I only used a few teaspoons of milk in my recipe anyway. I also don't use salt. But I put a pinch of pepper in.
RE: i'm about to make french toast - dtx - 09-22-2010 01:07 AM That went well. I mean it tasted pretty good. Made a hell of a mess. Reminded myself why I don't make my own food. Didn't make sweet ones in the end because everything got brown saucy. So now I need pudding. RE: i'm about to make french toast - Marcia - 09-22-2010 01:21 AM What's for pudding? RE: i'm about to make french toast - dtx - 09-22-2010 01:22 AM I'm not good at buying food in advance, so it'll have to be another variation on bread, milk, butter and maybe honey. Oh wait, I have porridge! RE: i'm about to make french toast - skyblue1 - 09-22-2010 01:23 AM Marcia Wrote: What's for pudding?

RE: i'm about to make french toast - Marcia - 09-22-2010 01:33 AM Porridge for pudding - does this mean you put sugar in it? I always have salt in my porridge. Hmmm....I also have porridge and bought milk today in case I fancied making some. Nah, it's too late. RE: i'm about to make french toast - q w e r t y - 09-22-2010 05:13 PM dtx Wrote: That went well.
