I come from a family very effected by AS. My father,bother,and son have it. I also have it and am formally diagnosed. I am with a wonderful man (we have been together for almost 20 years now-high school sweet hearts.) From what I have heard,(mental note, do not listen to everything you hear) I am doing things every day that some people consider the domain of NTs. These things include raising two children, having a successful long term relationship, I even coached a soccer team-now that was insanity. I guess what I am trying to say is -I beleive in myself and each and every one of you. Don't let others define you and remember that your insight is needed in this world, so try to reach out when you feel like it.
