Bio: Diagnosed mild HFA/Asperger's Tues 25 August 2009.  I'm pleased with the diagnosis.  It explains a lot.  I never fitted the NT mould - to quote my mum only last week "You've always done things your way".  Hmmmmm ... was that a compliment, I wonder?  

I'm 47 years young, happy, quiet-ish, a big cinema/movie fan - usually more arthouse stuff than blockbuster/mainstream.  

I'm loyal, kind, interested, and quiet-ish.  

I'm happy as I am.  I'm not saying I'm without faults, but I look around at some of the people I know who don't have ASD and I'm not entirely sure I'd want to be like them - there seems to be so much duplicity in the life of the average NT.
