I was listening to Weekend Edition Saturday a little while ago when they had a quick interview with Billy Bob Thornton. Okay, so in real life, he doesn't talk like his characters in Slingblade and The Waterboy. (An assumption I had made because I'd heard it in more than one movie.) In fact, he's just released his fourth album, which includes a song about his OCD ("Always Countin'").
It caught my attention I actually sound somewhat like his character in Slingblade, not quite as odd but modulated somewhat like that. After a few beers, I can do an almost perfect impersonation.
Anyway, I just thought y'all might find the article interesting.
