What are your favourite cookies or biscuits to bake?  

I am going to make cookies today and I can not decide whether to make gingerbread (too much work), chocolate chip (sometimes to hard) or peanut butter (not everyone likes them).

"dreams" are a sweet little cookie that I used to make. I've got the recipy sitting somewhere but it needs translation to English. Will have to post it later.

I'm not very fond of cooking biscuits because I don't like the feeling of uncooked dough on my fingers -- although it's quite welcome in my mouth!!

Some of the ones I can make quite well and occasionally do are Shortbread, and Anzac biscuits.
