To be blunt that site makes me feel ill. No offense intended, but that site needs a serious overhaul. Those sorts of designs haven't been in use since the 90s. And since when is the MARQUEE tag used on a serious website?

I might redesign the page at some point. I actually have not significantly changed it since 1997.
