There's no non-abstract need for Prismatik to form. A new system will develop from a parent system when the parent system cannot contain what will be the core of the new system (or at least it has an abundance of what will be the core).

There is only an abstract reason for Prismatik to be made; we know that we are artistically talented. However, the the parent system (AFF) doesn't have  a huge amount of activity in the creativity sub-forums. The system cannot naturally develop. We need to gradually evolve towards Prismatik by increase activity and complexity in the creative sub-forums.

Can we put the word out in other sub forums so that people who don't come to this spot get the message?

Done. Most of the big ideas are over there.
