1) Cut chicken or beef into strips and add to a wok.

2) Don't wok too far since the food might burn very quickly.

3) Stir quickly on medium heat until brown.

4) Add a super big gulp container's worth of water and the following spices:

Corriander

Cumin

Haldi

Ginger: very light

You can also substitute Biryani or Masala spice bought in a container.

5) Allow mixture to boil while adding corn meal as a thickener. Stir vigorously. You may also add Tamarind Paste as a substitute.

6) Serve with Rajastani long grain rice and Mango Hot Pickle.

Yum Yum.
I love my wok - I actually need to get a new one as the handle is wonky!
My wok looks yucky.  I don't know how to season it properly.  I just don't want it to rust.
I had the same problem at one time, methinks because the salts used attack the surface metal of the wok. I store it after applying a little olive oil, nowadays.
All these recipes sound delicious.

Another idea is to add a little hot sesame oil

Add lightly boiled potatoes and whole beans {uncooked}.

You can also add a dried orange, or ground peel. Unripened mango or plantain {ripe or unripened doesn't matter for the plantain}

Follow all the original procedures.
