Has anyone here seen the movie Cube? It's a Canadian film about a bunch of people stuck in this cube and they have to get out and there's all kinds of weird traps.
Yes, I've seen it. Strangely enough I was thinking about it this morning.
I've seen the sequel as well, the ending made no sense.

I heard that the sequel wasn't that good. How did it end?
*SPOILER WARNING*
There is a woman who makes it out of the cube, she seems to be in with the group of people running the cube, she appears to help them, they ask for something, she gives it to them (exactly what it is I am unsure) she seems to know very much what she is doing, she is quite confident, then they shoot her dead quite unexpectedly. I assume that they're planning to make a third movie which will explain it. Either that or they just figured that if they made a really twisted, stupid ending, people would tell their friends about it and the friends would find it so unbelievable that they'd feel compelled to see it for themselves, boosting ratings. Out of spite, I recommend not seeing it!
Strange, but really good film - the sequal, Cube 2, wasn't as good as the first.
Actually, the sequel was directed and written by different people then the original movie. It was a rip-off, rather. The only originality was the play on the dimensions.
However the story of the Cube does embrace neurodiversity, doesn't it?

Yeah. There's a spolier warning here by the way.
A friend of mine who watched it with me thought it was interesting that the autistic guy was the one who survived. Because of the fact he's autistic, the vast majority of NT's would not sympathize with him. Sure they'd think, oh he's autistic poor guy(either because there curbies or the fact that the cube would be a really stressful place to be put in), and in the end he's the only one to leave the Cube alive.

The sequel was by a different director/writer, that certainly is not a good sign (except in the case of high budget Hollywood sequels, where you'll find a few exceptions).
Seems to me whatever the real meaning of the first Cube was, it was simply "interpreted" in a new way, for the second Cube.
The third cube was absolutely horrible; do not waste your time.

I've seen a mime pretending to be stuck in an invisible cube, does that count?
Yup. Saw it. Didn't like it very much. (Not my kind of movie, I suppose -- and I don't like movies with too much "white noise" or odd colours.)
Love it; one of my favorite movies.
The worst part is how the supposed math genius acts like she's doing complex calculations in her head to determine whether or not a number that ends in five is prime.

Was the mime diced by an invisible trap?
Saw it but didn't really understand it too well.

LOL! I feel silly for not having noticed! That must have been a deliberate joke for anyone paying sufficient attention! Very funny
