Hi everyone,

Here's some more of my badly written poetry—with a dash of colour.

Dam!!!...perhaps I should have thought about the size!
Great job on the artwork and on the poems for the overall result. You shouldn't say your poems are bad, Sidney Sheldon does the same type of thing. The artwork moves the poems. Keep up the good work.
Is it a combination of computer printed text and hand painting, and then color scanned?

They're lovely! and big-just took a while to see them on my slowish computer- but so worth it
I LOVE THE COLORS  Are you putting them in a book?
I will be repeating the KIWI poem which is just so amusing to me!
"instead it just pecked at me, flapped, and ran away"
THANKS for these, quickduck Smile

I'm grateful for your very kind comments--its nice to get some positive feedback occasionally.

Strange really…I rarely show my artwork or poems to anyone (even my close family); But I seem happy to post them on the internet.

Thanks again.

Love your drawings. My favourite is the kiwi poem. It made me giggle.

Thanks Bella.
I haven't seen this thread for a while...
I'll have to some more.

I liked your poems and artwork - especially the picture of the cat. Lovely.

quickduck

Ahh, thanks. Glad you like em.

When I think how many times that cat sank her claws into me...

I'm surprised I got close enough to sketch her lol. Smile

Hi Quickduck, I don't know how I came to miss these before but I think they are just wonderful! Smile Never put your poems and pictures down - they are very well done.
I missed the last two - you are a clever man quickduck.

I can't take credit for the last two--(post 14). They were done by William Blake and a group of Irish Monks--just something to aspire too. Smile
