At the norwegian board!

I decided to make Sacciarow (as I now call him) so that I could put him into the norwegian board where the image size can only be 75*75 pixels. The animation is meant to make him look mystical as in an old video related to an ancient conflict.

Tell me, how would you pronounce Sacciarow?

The idea was that it should be pronounced Satch-a-row.
i was thinking pronouncing it "Sa-kia-row" or something like that. is it a Norwegian word or just a word you made up?
oh yeah, what kind of filters did you add to make the video effect?
I use photoshop.
I made the video effect by adding a different noise to each frame and have transparent version of this picture over it:

The grey totally transparent and the black and white partially transparent.

*hope Kazuto has figured animation*

...

I wish I had this word infront of me, it was probably foreign. In this language two Cs infront of one of the vowels e, i, or y would be pronounced lik "tch". I don't know where to find good example though.
It is apparently not the case in the word "soccer", but still?
did you use ImageReady or some other animation program?
I always use the main photoshop program, I haven't explored much.

When I am at the main program I can start edit animations after going:

menu -> window -> animation

The animation is apparently only saved in document viewable format if you click "save for web" in the file menu.

It took some time to figure how I could make the frames different from eachother, but that would take along time to explain. First tip would be:

Look at checkbox beside the layers where you can swap "eye" on/off, for a certain frame. If you edit the first frame all other frames will be edited synchronically.
i know. i've animated a few things, but not very good..

what levels of noise did you use? scale-type or random?
btw, here's a quick animation i made. pretty basic, but i like it.

I would mine basic too.
It isn't really that difficult as long as you get some simple ideas popping into your head.

I used:

Filter -> Noise -> Add noise -> Noise around 25%, different on each layer for the different frames.
