Am posting about some people who work for trafford council in manchester.
especially- a lady whos name starts with J,a lady whos name starts with A, another lady whos name begins with A,a man whos name begins with M, a speech and language therapist whos name begins with A,a lady whos name begins with K,a man whos name begins with J,and a lady whos name begins with C,a lady whos name begins with N,and also a mention for a man who lives with am here whos name begins with I.
J,A,A,M,K,J and C work as support staff here and also in other trafford group homes.
J is a very nice lady,she is very understanding,along with A,A,M,K,J,C and N.
They are not bad to am or anyone else who live here even if not understanding anything,they learn as much as possible about am and others and treat am and everyone else very good.
They are great people,the world would be better with more people like them, yet they are treated like they are worth nothing by the managers here,they do more than the managers,they understand more than the managers and they are worth more than the managers here.
They deserve a lot better.
J-the male staff,was moved by managers to another home,but comes back to visit,he was a very nice person to am,he very understood am, from being non verbal to meltdowns to am cat fancying to needing ear plugs and ear defenders when out and often inside etc-never treated am like crap like other staff had done in previous home,and he got ams DLA redone,upgraded to highest level.
A,was am speech and language therapist-part of the councils learning disability team,had been seeing him for a long time,he understood am autism more than anyone have ever met,he is a very nice person and if anyone never understood am,he would have meetings with them,some staff were just b..................s anyway and didn't listen to him,but he also helped am to understand am a lot more to.
some staff did not like him because he will make complaint for am,if had problems,he always got things done and did not care what staff thought.
Very nice person.
There are a lot of staff who work for the council who are nasty,and or who do not try to understand people as have met them through old home,but the ones mentioned here are great people and deserve good things for what they do.
One more-I,am live with him and he is very nice and understanding even though he doesnt know what the problems are, he is a good friend.
