Bit of an odd question maybe, but are there any Freemasons here? I was wondering if Freemasonry could be/mean something for an Aspie. I've been getting pretty interested in them (to the point of obsession, lol) and I wonder if I should become a mason. I'm looking for something spiritual in my life, so to speak. But I don't want to join any dogmatic religion. And the Masonic symbolism really appeals to me as well. There's a Masonic temple not far from my home, which means I wouldn't have to travel far to join a lodge.
I R j0in1ng the kn1ghtz t3mpl4r, lolz!

It's another part I find interesting about them for sure. Their supposed link with the knights templar and other historical stuff.
Some forms of Masonry admit atheists--some forms are actively atheist, specifically those descended from the French Grand Lodge of the Revolution era.  These forms are not generally recognized by the majority of Masonry.
I'm also not a Mason, but my college fraternity was founded by a group that was mostly Masons.  Many of our traditions are based on those of Freemasonry.  Joining was one of the best decisions I ever made.  I say go for it!
I'm curious now what your theories on the Holy Grail are? Is it like the theory in Dan Brown's Da Vinci Code (the grail = the holy bloodline of Jesus Christ) or do you actually think it's some sort of relic? (the cup like in King Arthur and Indiana Jones)
