I'd say I like Norway's socialism, based on an equality ideal.
Well I'd say you often have to have a small amount of money to accomplish things. A socialistic society gives you that even though you're not the luckiest person. While in capitalist societies there are people who simply have alot more than enough money which is often used at something that isn't in any way useful for the rest of the population whatsoever, luxury.
In my opinion, too a certain degree.
I don't really know the aspects of communism, but I think a society has to balance between socialism and capitalism. Capitalism so that there's a reward for accomplishing positive things, and socialism so that those with alot of money don't use them at luxury instead of giving others a possibility to accomplish things too.
Luai_Lashire came with an eye-opener, but she also created a hostile atmosphere which DogBrain responded to in the standard way of making more hostile atmosphere.

Please think before you post further regarding communism now, please.

The fact is the only problem with the running of any process; be it political, economic, religious or what have you is the most annoying of "x factors". That is the involvement of humans. It is a simplistic analysis sure, but if you think about human's ability to corrupt, steal, bully, disempower, lie, cheat, and so forth, it can not be a valid point to look at any system and say the failing of the system lies in its design. What I say is that whichever system you find yourself in, you will "naturally" look at ways of improving your lot. Those with the greater intelligence, will power, motivation, charisma, and social capital, will if their luck serves rise above their peers.

Knowing them, they would want everything to be the same (no offence).

What r ur opinions on it?

With current generation human beings any kind of communism is impossible, even with Aspies they are too genetically inferior.

I've met a lot of aspies I don't like and who are aren't intelligent enough to handle a communist / socialist society, they lack the control over their base instincts needed for such a system.  They indentify / worship the messages sent along their Central nervous system and are mentally unsophisticated, so as not to doubt their own agitation.  It works on the same principle as morality, most people's morals are knee jerk inner feelings, not some well thought out and rationally justified point of view from years of study and introspection and self mastery.

Eugenics will take over at some point or we will be replaced by machines or biogenetic hybrids.   People today are little more then barbarians for the most part thats why communism can't work, most likely new social structure which will be hard to predict will emerge from china and india because they are going through the growing pains of capitalism at some point there will be a critical mass of misery and because of telecommunications technology they will have capable tools for organizing themselves.

The fact is to become a spacefaring race we will have to radically alter our biology/existence at some point to survive.

I guess the world is very lucky to have "superior" people like you in our midst. Welcome to AFF mate.

The fundamentals of communism is to create an equality of treatment and equal individual reward for achievement.
To try and force through selective anniliation of any peoples within a poulation (whether "genetically inferior" or not) to achieve a "sameness" to allow compatible people to then govern through communism, is not only against a communist belief structure, but is inherently flawed. Firstly, what is the process to "weed out " the inferior and how accurate who it be....perhaps Hitler's Aryan model of perfection may suffice in your example. (Can we see a problem already?) and secondly, how do you suppose that people won't try to resort to what people always do. The system though peopled by a very compatible "genetically superior" race will work things to get a little bit extra for themselves and their families.
So there goes that well thought out theory.
As for genetic superiority or inferiority. What makes you think autistics are inferior? We are certainly different and atypical but why inferior?
The China/India thing is supposition at best and vague enough not to support or challenge, as with your spacefaring claim.
I assume you are someone who has "years of study and introspection and self mastery". This is why you have said that most aspies "lack the control over their base instincts".
Based on this, what of any merit have you got to offer us "genetically inferior" autistic people? We are happy to learn and share and I am sure I am not alone in being excited to hear the wisdom of someone akin to a Zen Master!

One side of my family were card carrying communists for generations.
My uncle was Secretary of the North East Communist party for a few years in the eighties.
My Grandma got free trips to the USSR , paid for by the government, and I used to get things like "A beginers guide to Lenin" (or Marx)  for birthdays and christmas presents LOL.
I was only young but I can still remember going to Party 'socials', singing:

"The peoples flag is deepest red,
It shrouded oft our martryd dead.
And ere their limbs grew stiff and cold,
Their hearts blood dyed its every fold.

Then raise the scarlet standard high.
Within its shade we'll live and die,
Though cowards flinch and traitors sneer,
We'll keep the red flag flying here."

I didn't know much about it then, and I still don't.
But those books gave me a good grounding for my History exams!

Yeah it was great wasn't it Guess Who? Uncle Sam and Ivan had a competition on who could build enough nuclear arms to destroy the world. Now good old Uncle Sam has enough nuclear arms to blow up the world, or at least give the entire world a Nuclear winter that will kill off humankind. Great battle! I love these kind of patriotic humanistic stories of accomplishment. Now with a stockpile of nuclear weapons, Uncle Sam dictates who else can join the nuclear club and who can't. He can have as many as he likes without any regulation, because he is responsible and those he deems aren't as responsible as him can't. I am sure the rest of the world thinks well of Uncle Sam for it.

Very well said, Rossco!

Dogbrain you have obviously seen the posts in this thread that have my view on this subject. The opinion that you quoted me on relates solely to the opinion Guess Who posted directly before me. If you need to have that question of yours answered you may have to go well back in the thread to answer it.

Putting aside the question of whether Communism does or does not work, and questions of whether "Stalin had a problem around 1941, survival or socialist equality?", I would just like to say that irrespective of 'Uncle Joe's' motives, methods or machinations, can anyone spare a thought or even an ounce of gratitude for the 27 million Soviets and civillians who lost their lives to the war against Nazi Germany.

75%-80% of all German losses were inflicted on the eastern front, were Hitler’s Third Reich were brought to their knees by Soviet soldiers on the ground, who's lives were sacrificed in their millions to save the USSR and Europe from Nazism.

No, there is nothing good in communism.

You mean there are hardly any men with such traits to live up to its ideals.  The truth is each persons ideal way of life to live is totally dependent on population quality.

I'd say that the US has low population quality in terms of living under anything but capitalist / mixed economy for instance.

I'd say that each idealogical system, in practice is never anything like its ideal, just like the free market in propaganda and idealogical nonsense, is nothing like how it operates in the real world.

Since humans always changing and modifying it.
