I am trying to make a video with a webcam and a microphone, but the sound and vision are not synchronized. How do I solve it?

If you use a video editing program, you can sync the audio and video tracks in that.  Though my favorite is Adobe Premiere (PC platform), you can use Windows Movie Maker (simple, but does what it needs to), FinalCut (Mac platform), or if you're in Linux, Lives or Kino or Cinerra will all do it.
