For some reason, I can't get a picture in my avtar. Am I doing something wrong?

Okay, I don't mean to double post but I'm trying to fix my avvy and i have url that I can use. It works but it keeps saying it's invaild! Here's the link I'm using.

It's very cute!  I wish I knew why it says it's invalid...

When I was typing in the URL for my avatar I typed in the [img] before and after, that is what gave me trouble.  When I typed just the URL without the [img] it worked.  But other than that I don't know...

Oh, I guess I could try that.
