i've been reading the abfh's recent posts, and she likes obama's campaign in regards to autistics.  he looks like he's anti cure and not with the curebies, but i'm not sure how far he would go for us.  on the other hand, we know clinton is a autie hating liar that would love to have autistic genocide because apparently we are "drains on socitey that are helpless and just want to be cured".

i think obama just won a few votes here, but i'm not sure if i'm voting for either just on one issue, but hilary lost my vote years ago.

I can't access abfh's blog.

What did Obama say?
I like his opinion, sure. But it'd take more then one issue I like to get me to vote for him.

'Course i'd take Obama over Clinton any day.
I didn't know that about Hillary. Can you please provide links?

Personally, I wish Gore would run. I'd rather vote for him than either of the others.
I like Obama a lot more than Clinton, but I'm Canadian and under 18, so of course I can't vote.
Here's hoping my naturalization will come through early enough so I can vote against her!

I agree I wouldn't vote for anyone based on one single issue but I would defineltely take Obama over Hillary Clinton anythime.

Clinton? Bill Clinton?
Hilary Clinton.

As I am very engaged in the autism conflict I would probably base my vote on this issue. (I'm honest about my egoism)
That's how democracy works, though Smile Most people will vote for the person they believe will help them the most; so generally, the person who gets elected should be the one who will help the most people. It does require a constitution, though, to stop public opinion changing things too fast; and to set down a statement of human rights so that the minority is also protected.

Mme Clinton (from "Whose Planet" blog post):  "video in which Hillary Clinton, who has been a strong supporter of Autism Speaks since its inception, describes autism as an 'epidemic' and declares her intent to 'prevent and cure anything along the autism spectrum.'"
