Found this amazing little FREE program last night that allows you to create custom Windows XP logon screens.

OK, it takes a while getting used to, but this is my first custom logon screen, using a pic of my gf Maria sleeping on her bed that her friend took. The shutdown text is Filipino for 'goodbye'

i warn you,it has spyware.
i would suggest you download Spybot S&D at the same time,if you do not already have it.
also,get the stardock updater program.has lots of free stuff on,allows you to customise windows quite alot

Does that program allow for custom scripts on logon?

pikajedi3, I have Spybot S&D and it went through with no trouble at all.

Lestat - I don't know, but you can manually configure the .ini file.

take my word for it-its there.
i have the startup logo and i also have Galactic Civilizations 2,and if you want to update and patch GC2,you need the stardock thing.anyway.

the Winlogo program has spyware.i would strongly suggest you scan the directory and your registry
