I agree with: couldbecousin and Luai_lashire (I also agree with more people but I won't mention them)

I also use the ignore command in chatzilla, although it's very difficult to use in a practical way. Elsewise I could use mirc and just start right clicking on everyone offensive, choose "control"->"ignore". (easy in mirc)
