I doubt you will leave - sometimes conflict and differences of opinion are not always a bad thing. No one has to agree withe ach other but can at least listen to what people have to say.
Or you could do what I do and not get involved in these online soap operas at all.
I grew up with aspies, when ever ya get together there gonna be disagreements and all, don't leave you seem cool (what music you like apart from emo?). As for being emo, what wrong with that? I like chatting on download's forum, common interest's an all....

I won't be going anywhere near this chatroom if it's making people want to leave. That's twice in the past few days? What the hell goes on in there, anyway? Are the offensive posters even users I'd recognize from the forums, or just trolls?
Maybe just stay out of the chat room? If people on there are annoying you, it's probably not worth the bother.

Okay, I thought "emo" was an insult that goths use on each other. The way the two goth clerks at work described it (they said an emo is a "whiney" goth), I don't see how anyone would want to identify one's self as an emo. What am I missing here?
Why worry about who you get on with,I mean if we all got on it would be nice and stuff but it would be boring.
It's not about disagreements and falling outs, it's about how you speak to people that matters most.
I find Ian a decent sound person who has his own ideas on whats right and what isn't, I might not agree with them all but he's enthusaiastic and wants to do well in life. i don't find that a bad thing.
I've never used it, I used to use online chatrooms many years ago but haven't done for quite some time.
I thought only females could be "bitches" - although it is true that both males and females can "***" about things they don't like.
It depends on the situation, like if you're playing poker and have all the aces in your hand, you can pull out the aces and say something like "Let me see you beat that one, you bitches!" regardless of the genders of the other players. I've played cards with some Trekkie friends of mine, and they can get carried away with the wisecracks and insults once the game gets going.
I usually go to WP when I wanna chat because I can actually get into the chatrooms there. And not here. Would love to be able to chat here.

I'm not sure about Sushi and eating raw fish and stuff. Maybe one day I'll get up the courage to try some. I do like pickled ginger in very small quantities but don't like wasabi.

Keep applying, based on probability several with give you interviews and hopefully a permenant position.
Don't set your sights too high for a first position, get into a well known company doing whatever and then work your way up.
