Oh dear, I have just read your thoughts on students and research.
I am doing my research masters"An Investigation into Similarites and differences in Families of Children with Autism" with the hope of unearthing something so blatantly obvious that I can approach higher powers in order to get it researched on an official scale.
I have worked with children/adults with ASD for over 5 years and have come across simmilarites that appear to be more than coincedence.
I posted my request for participants on an Irish forum with a good response and was hoping to do the same and then I read your opinion on researchers.
I do agree that students who are merely doing assaignments can be annoying and are only doing this as part of a bigger picture.
I am a mature student who after finishing an Hons Degree in Social Studies felt so strongly about what I had come across that I am financing myself to research this subject
