This means "tongue-tied". The tongue is tied to the lower jaw making speech difficult. My grandson had this problem, but did not affect his speech. His mother wanted to have it corrected but he resisted because it never bothered him until he turned 15 and got a girlfriend. Then he wanted to have the operation as soon as possible. Isn't that interesting. Does anyone here have this condition?
