I often hear about diets especially meant for autistic children. I recall that it is said that there's often too much focus on diet in other threads.

As an 16 year old aspie I have milk-protein intolerance which is apparently common among people with autism and my mom don't want me to drink milk. Still I don't see much consequence in taking a a glass of milk or a chocolate now and then. I have infact a bit of skepticism as this could very suspiciously look very much like curebie stuff that have "worked" just some few more times than once, but something tells me that I'm completily wrong.

Providing you don't get an upset stomach from having an occasional drink of milk or eating a milk product, it probably won't harm you much. It's probably just a case of being careful not to overdo it.

Neurozym, which is apparently Norway's version of some curebie organization, believes that the the protein that I don't digest will be transformed into peptide-morphine and move into my brain. They think this could cause ADHD and possibly autism. Mom thinks it will cause me depression, because she believes depression is a symptom of autism, which I have told her is not totally correct.
I think cutting milk out because you are intollerant to it is not an attempt to cure you, intollerance to cow's milk is not uncommon with anyone.  We are not baby cow's.  I have figured this out with milk, replaced it with soya (not good believe me!) but now find goat's/sheep's milk good. I still eat the chocolate because I like it and I grave it, yep I get hyper-active after and can't concentrate, but who know's that could be the sugar as much as anything. I used to counteract the affect of hyperactivity with weed, for which I would get the munchy get high and grave another smoke to counter act etc... I prefer to chilled out and zoned out nice.... I am going to watch cheech and chong still smoking later!!

You mean an opioid, and that's no big deal.  Milk-derived opioids are perfectly normal--indeed, the evolutionary theory behind them is that they encourage mammals to want to keep feeding when milk is all they live on.

And Neurozym is a pharmaceutical corporation, one of the large ones.  They have a money interest in the question.  So they're not really curebies.  Likewise, you are being lied to about what they claim.  Here is something from the Neurozym web site (English version):

"Far from all patients with autism have elevated levels of opioid peptides, and therefore would have no benefit from a GFCF-diet."  In other words, they do not believe that opioids cause autism.

Sounds like some freak-job cultists have gotten wind of some aspect of Neurozym research and taken it entirely out of context.  There has been a little bit of research to indicate that SOME milk may have "anti-autism" effects, specifically milk that contains type A2 casein (yes, there is genetic variation in casein).  It's just one paper, very cautious, very careful in its conclusions.

I think you'll have to look at the consequences with you personally. Our son (3) has an intolerance for cow's milk. If he drinks some, he'll show symptoms similar to AHDH within a few hours. If he stops it, the symptoms will go away within two days. We are being told that his digestive system is unripe (he's a 7-months-child).
In general, these diets seem to work for about 50% of people in the autistic spectrum. So if you don't try, you don't know which half you belong to.

Mom and dad says they noticed a great change in my behavior from the time I drinked alot of milk (before they knew of my intolerance) and after (now I avoid letting myparents know that I've drunk milk, I seldom drink milk anyway). But I believe it is because of the bullying which stopped at primary, I felt alot more free and relaxed when not being teased everyday. I entered lower secondary about the time I stopped drinking milk.
