Since my breakdown and co-morbid anxiety/hypomania (stress caused hypomania is apparently my diagnosis)/depression my employer's have requested a medical report.

I have the right to question its content's and I have a biggy which I am sure you will all just love this... any recommendation's for what could be said instead would be gratefully received.

'stress will sometimes precipitate abnormal behaviour'

ok so what actually happen's... the abnormal behaviour of my co-worker's for example screaming in my ear for jokes because they think I am making it up that I am hyper sensitive to noise ... not that I am seeing a specialist for hyperacusis or anything... will trigger a panic attack/may forget how to talk/talk to much - hypomanic.... maybe I will rock to relieve my stress!

Here's another drinking far too much vodka on a night out would lead me to sleep with my co-worker, snog my female co-worker..... is that stress or just too much vodka that leads to me losing my common sense and doing stupid things like waking up in a colleagues bed naked, or getting into a fling with my supervisor ... all these things led to my breakdown.  Normally I would be far too shy to make those kind of advances, including damn right dirty flirty text messages.

So hey what is abnormal?  I do believe that during co-morbid anxiety or anyother co-morbid's the impairment's of ASD are more obvious, hence why before I was ill people where like you were normal then (no I was not I was depressed but hey ho).
