take comfort in the fact puberty only lasts a few years, usally. then you have the rest of your teen years to get use to things.

Maybe you should stay away from soymilk if it's causing such strong horomonal changes. I'm willing to bet that can't be good for you and may be what's causing you such distress. Surging amounts of one type of horomone (which is what happens during puberty) is probably a lot easier to handle than two types (the large amounts of estrogens are being supplied artificially).

Good for you. What have you done with your engineering education? Sadly most of the females in my engineering school went into other professions after graduating. I did meet some really excellent female engineers during my career.
