This salad is aimed at vegetarian's but I am not, and I find it nice

You will need:

300g of Cous Cous (or small pot)
12 Falafel
1 Red Onion
2 Spring Onions
1 Sundried Tomato'd bread with low fat margarine spread

---Instructions---

1. Peel the Onions, make sure you don't cry!

2. Once done, put the onions on a separate plate.

3. Empty the Cous Cous onto another plate.

4. If done, then place the falafel around the edges of the plate (so it forms a circle)

5. Cut the Red Onion and then grate/ sprinkle cuttings on top of the salad.

6. Place Spring Onions on opposite ends of the plate.

7. Get your bread and margarine it.

8. Enjoy


This meal usually serves about 2-4.

For a small portion, I suggest you use:

Half a pot of cous cous
Six falafel
Half a red onion
One spring onion
Keep bread as it is.
