Who here loves Back to the Future?
My Dad introduced it to me when I was 9 & I've loved it ever since.
I especially like Biff! I also love it because when they travel back in time everything that happens affects the future & the past. Any BTTF fans here?
The Back to the Future movies are my favorite absolute trilogy of all time (unless they happen to come out with a third Jackass movie, then I may have to reconsider). My favorite one is Back to the Future 3, which, from what I've gathered, is most other people's least favorite.
I love Back To The Future. I remember going to see it in the theatre. Great movie. I will always like Michael J. Fox. Because of this movie.
GREAT SCOTT!
Gotta love Doc.
Those movies were great, though I didn't much like number three. Two was my favorite.

Are you kidding?!!! That's fricken awesome. I seriously was starting to think I was the only one with good taste in movies out there. I LOVE BACK TO THE FUTURE!!! ESPECIALLY BIFF> I am completletly serious too. I own a shirt that says NOV.5,1955 on it. It's my fav. shirt in the whole world. I too was 9 years old when I was introduced to the movie ironically enough by my father. This is weird, but awesome. I would love to talk.
I always liked Back to the future. The Biff Tannon character was great. He was very amusing, and that actor did so well in putting the different personalities into his Tannon characters.
I love the trilogy! Clara Clayton was something of a Mary-Sue, though.
"YOU JACKET IS NOW DRY!" -- a robotic voice of the self drying jacket in Back To The Future II.
Yes, I wrote a parody of the whole trilogy. I substituted Dr. Emmet Brown with my sociology instructor Dr. VJ Brown Jr. of Shepherd University.
Memorable scenes:
Myself and female (platonic) protagonist escaping Selective Service agent in 1971 by hitting 88 mph just before a railroad crossing with a train going, winding up in 1863, and then proceeding to Gettysburg to chase down Dr. Brown who developed amnesia.
"Celeste [romantic interest for amnesic Brown, ran away from abusive husband in South], does your husband have a lot of slaves?"
"Yes, Victor (wrong first name), he has many slaves but I was the first one he had."
[Female classmate] "Doctor Brown, who is this woman?" (shows picture of professor's wife and twin daughters, aged twelve when the story is set in 1992)
Celeste: "Yeah, Victor, who is this woman?"
[Classmate's great grandfather] "Get out of here, professor, somebody has to die and you have a wife and two kids...."
"No way, Robert, these anti-gravity belts can hold up to 400 pounds, at least for short periods" (grabs him returns to time machine and all four return to 1992)
(train coming in 1992) "Train in vain." Chris said.
"Everyone out!" the professor yelled. "Run toward the train!"
....
"Great grandfather Robert, now I know why they never found your body..... what are you looking at?"
"Chris, tell Robert about the Wright Brothers."
[Immediately upon arriving in 1863, upset a man riding a horse and buggy]
"Away with thee, Devil." the Amish man shouted.
Lori rolled down the window. "Excuse me?" She started to open the car door, Chris got out and tried to stop her.
"Is your wife always like this?" the man asked Chris.
Lori turned red and turned around to give Chris a look of death.
"We're not together, she's a friend of mine." Chris explained.
"So tell your friend to mind her manners and act like a lady, and get a dress!" The man rode off.
"Yeah, Lori, mind your manners, act like a lady, and maybe get a dress...." Chris said. Lori's look of death started to get worse.
[Parody II, Lori is badly injured in alternate Shepherdstown WV 1992. Backstory: Prof. Brown told us in collective behavior class he did not believe in aliens.]
Alternate Prof. Brown: "There's no way Lori can survive that injury with modern medicine... the doctors are really scared...." The professor turned pale. He saw a hovercar outside with a humanoid in a silver suit slowly drifting down to the window of Lori's hospital room.
Chris played along, knowing the technology of hovercars and anti-gravity belts. "Is this a close encounter of the third kind, Dr. Brown?" The professor was gone, obviously to tell someone in authority.
Chris quickly ran to Lori's room. He caught a glimpse of the the face in the suit. "Professor Darboe?"
The professor put his finger to his lips, took Lori, and took her to the hovercar just as Dr. Brown ran back in the room.
"An alien abduction! I saw it! I believe in aliens!" the professor ran into the hall shouting for help.
"So do I," Chris said softly, "when they are permanent residents of the United States who retain their West African citizenship."
Definitely my favorite movie. Has been since I was a young kid.
My favorite lines from the movie:
BTTF 3: Marty: "Is there a back door to this place?!" Bartender: "Yeah, its in the back..."
BTTF 1: Marty: "Is that a Divo custome?!" (Talking about the radiation suit)
BTTF 1: Marty: "Better get used to those bars kid..." (Talking to the younger version of his uncle who is in jail in the future)
BTTF 1: Father of Marty's Mother (younger version) "You ever have a kid like that I'll disown you!"
BTTF 2: Marty's Kid "Boy mom, you sure can hydrate a pizza!"
And my favorite: Doc: : "GREAT SCOTT!" Marty "Thats heavy!"
And its especially funny in the third movie when the trade the line: Marty: "Great Scott!" Doc: "Yeah, thats heavy..."
