Aspies For Freedom

I'm trying to make a video that uses the theme that CAN uses, appealing to the emotional, caring side of people.  The idea I have for it's organization is as follows:

First Half -

Quotes from Cure Autism Now and Autism Speaks defining their view about autism; I want people to know that what they stand for and support.

Second Half - Quotes from a wide variety (and an equal ratio) of aspies and auties depicting their feelings in concern of the idea of a "cure" for autism.

I havent gotten very far in it's design, but video is one of my greater talents (apart from 3d animation), and I think that I can balance out any problems I encounter.

If you want to give me something for me to quote, please private message me with your quote.  Any advice you can give would be very helpful in the organizaton of the video.

This is an awesome idea!  Maybe it would be useful if for the fist few minutes you interleave quick quotes from curebies with quick quotes from Aspies / Auties, at a fast pace.  This may underscore and foreshadow the differences of opinion you will highlight and capture the viewer's attention early in the program.

how about using clips from the orgs about autism.  and also that awful getting the word out site that shows that it's worse than death to have an adult autistic.

anyway, i think autism speaks will have quotes on their site.

take the autism speaks video and record audio on top of it
so the people say stuff differant (wait thats a bad idea). ummm........but me an icecream cone
