I want you to do something for me as an artist. Never ever hold yourself back! Express yourself fully. Either it's all okay or it's not okay. Sure maybe some people might not agree with what you got to say but for the ones who mind don't matter and for the ones who matter, don't mind.

Don't worry about what people think. This is America, freedom of speech. That's all you got to tell people, Freedom of Speech.

NTs don't understand how extreme that some Aspies feel at times, and I feel that art is a useful tool. It's not just entertainment, it's a way to show your feelings and beliefs. Express yourself and never hold back. Even if everyone in your life is mad at you, it's there fault for not understanding. But don't need to worry about that. We understand you. So don't worry, your fine. Wink _Eric
Even though I haven't seen it (please, let someone fill me in)

But it seems like things should be sacred for some reason. Like you can't say this or you can't say that. When it comes to Autism in general, I didn't know what to think until I found out that no matter what they appear to be, they are very intellegant, even if writting is the only communication. That goes with us too. People might think that we are weird or nervious reaks (no offence to anyone, just making a point) but we are much more than that. We are intellagent from adverage to belond. We are possibly the most interesting let unknown people on the planet (in my opinion).

But anyway, I feel Art expresses all. In my humor class, I wrote satire. Satire is more about making a point then being funny. So no matter how conterversial this might have been, I did a poster size comic of what it was like being misunderstood and being sent to places that I did NOT belong. In this case, it was DMR classes and after school stuff. I try to give them as much respect as possible but if you were an Aspie being misunderstood all your life, your thoughts become quite neggitive.

So It's more about trying to be clear and expressing yourself vs. Don't offend people. Truth vs. Secretcy. But let again, it's all ethical.

Try this, maybe it'll help. I learned this from College.
