I know I'm new here, but I think it'd be sorta fun to have a role-playing game thread that each fo us can make up games & so forth.

Being new isn't a problem.
What sort of RPG thread?

One where one person types up what happens & then another & another.

Sounds like a fun idea to me. And I think Proud means ones that you find a whole site dedicated to on the net. But confime it to one forum. I've seen it work before and it did pretty well.

I have never done one of them before. It may be fun if I new how they worked in detail.

How i'm used to it is that first a thread is made which describes the setting, abilities(if any), races, and the background of the thread. This is used as reference. Then another thread is started in the same forum where the actualy Role play takes place. It's done in text where you write out what happens. THe person who wants to start the thread looks over character profiles submitted by those who want to join in.

From there you write and interact wihin the RP of that thread.

Kinda like that from my experience.

Yeah. I was thinking some games would help bring people in & interact more with one another.

I could start one if you guys want. I have an idea for a RPG thread game and I've already worked out the rules as well.

My RPG is pretty simple. Write a diary of your RP, say what areas you have gone too, you can move country, get a job, buy things, its quite cool actually.
