Have you heard about M. Night Shyamalan supposedly being tapped to write, produce, and direct a trilogy of live-action Avatar movies? At first I was dubious, but apparently, he's a huge fan. ^________^
Well, I'm a little worried on how he might interperate theshow onto the big screen. After all, he is the "WHAT A TWEEST!" guy. At least Mike & Brian will have SOME creative intake on the movie.
Me, I've seen a few episodes of the show a while back, and it was pretty decent. Better than most (if not all) of the other American anime knockoffs in the art style, writing (no bad puns...which's saying something comin' from someone who spouts out really bad puns left and right), animation quality, etc..
, it's not real anime because it's from America
You know, I use to think the same thing about any "anime" attempts the US tries to do, but after seeing Avatar, I realized that as long as it has a good story to tell and is made by heart, it doesn't matter where the show comes from. Besides, "anime" really just means animation in general. Heck, you can even consider Finding Nemo as anime if you want.
Actually, thats EXACTLY what they're doing... although, the cast doesn't really look much like the characters... :-/
ASIA OR BUST!!!!!
at the same time?
you know i dont envy whoever goes out with saka cause they would have to constantly watch their backs against hordes of jelous yet deadly women who can do everything from contortions to smacking people around with a really big fan and its even suggested that one of them might be able to literally bury someone under a mountain.
Have you really looked at the anime? I mean REALLY looked. They have the weirdest head/body proportions. Anyone who actually looked like that would be rather scary, don't you think?
Avatar is animated in Korea does that make a diffrence because shows like Futurama are animated in Korea?
