Okay, this is going to sound weird but Google has come up with the crazy idea of a TiSP network. Well, how it works is they send you this kit (okay?) and you open the kit, take out a cable, plug one end into a WiFi broadcaster, and flush the other end down the toilet (weird, right?). Chances are, they'll find the cable, grab it out of the raw sewage and plug it into their TiSP networking system. How the cable finds them from where you live I have no idea.
