Here's the shortest move I have ever had- one floor
I am officially scheduled to move to a downstairs unit when my six month lease is up- I may resume my twelve month leases again while they renovate my old unit (and jack up the rent on every unit)
I think I am going to lose neighbors- but I suppose everybody else is doing it.
I am thankful I can avoid the moving truck. I will take a week of leave from work just in case I have to almost everything myself, so as not to overexert myself. Still, some items (couch, four drawer steel file cabinet) must require help from the church.

I will still change my address with the post office- and I hope I stop getting mail (adverts) mailed to my deceased mother.
Me: please forward.
Mom: return to sender/addressee unknown/addressee dead actually
