Aspies For Freedom

Suppose there was an annual "Neurodiversity Festival" for autistics and for anyone with ADD, ADHD, hyperlexia, dyslexia, dyspraxia, Fragile X, Rett's Syndrome etc.

Would it work?
Would it be an interesting event?

(My own guess is that it would work and that it would be a fascinating event)

Aspie festival? doesn't sound much like fun to me..

There's apparently an evolving project called Autism Acceptance something which was one of the first hits I saw at YouTube while searchin "autism". Autism Speaks could maybe raise their reputation to the better and fund a such thing.
