Your post on John Best's blog is to be removed immediately for defamation of character. Further - you are to ask the moderators to remove the post here on Aspies for Freedom where you replaced my words with other words - an act of libel.

If that is not done in the next 24 to 48 hours proceedings will commence for a violation of the Wrongs Act 1958 (Victoria).

This is your only warning.

This is a PM that a member of the forum sent me. This is bullying

Hmm..."perfectly reasonable one at that given what he did"........This same reasonableness saw the same bully ask mental health workers to try (unsuccessfully - thank god) to try to commit an 18 year old Aspie boy.
Excuses and justifications aside, it is the behaviour of a bully. Any "reasonable" person will see this.
But we know why this has occurred and it is nothing to do with Reasonableness or justified righteousness or even having Asperger's. There is bigger reasons for this, that some of us here are aware of.

It was JOEKER that Timelord called the mental health authorities on. Joeker -- Timelords 'aspie friend' who got together with him to from a petition to get John Best's blog shut down.
Joeker was recently banned from here for attempting to fight back and defend himself form Timelord's vindictive actions and threats.

Poor joeker did everything 'up front' on this forum and openly talked about a disagreement between himself and Timelord. Whereas Timelord, giving the impression that butter wouldn't melt in his mouth, here on AFF, went behind the scenes to do all his dirty work on on joeker.

Timelord first contacted joeker's ISP provider in the hope that by reporting him for 'violating his contract' with them, he would get joeker 'cut off'. Failing in this he then went on to contact joeker's health authority to alert them of joeker's 'mental state'.

Thus joeker was banned and Timelord remains here rearing his ugly head wherever there's a sniff of a chance of raising the subject of John Best, or indirectly getting a few sideways diggs in at him or anyone he assumes "went against" him and his pathetic vendetta to get rid of anything or anyone he see's as supporting John Best, by way of not zealously supporting him.

Timelord did try but failed (again), to get John Best's 8-10 year old, profoundly autistic son taken from him, because Timelord, having no experience with any children of his own (never mind) autistic children, thought he was right and justifiable, because in his mind he is an expert on autism, and if you disagree with him and have an autistic child then, BEWARE OF TIMELORD. HE TRIES TO GET AUTISTIC CHILDREN TAKEN FROM THEIR STABLE HOME ENVIRONMENT AND LOVING PARENTS.

Oh yes! He's fighting for the right's of "aspies for freedom", but he would gladly see autistic children rot in institutions rather than allow their parents to treat THEIR CHILDREN safely, and as they see fit.

Why don't you do some actual good, Timelord?
Why don't you help these children you care about so much, in anyway you can ? Do something practical instead of threatening to sue anyone that dares to look at you the wrong way.

And if you order me to "get out of this forum" again, I would be more than happy to be banned!

Given a choice between you and big bad John Best, I'd take John everytime! I think he'd be far better company.
I'd rather spend a year on a desert island with John Best than be associated with a forum that had allowed you to get away with what you have here.

I only hope that for Gareth and Amies sake, they don't end up regretting it.
Watch your backs! The shit will hit the fan if you ever try to get Timelord off this forum.

Yup this behaviour is harassment. It is bullying and it is petty. What it is not is reasonable (under any circumstances) and justifiable.

Threatening someone with legal action is worse than bullying. It is INTIMIDATION in order to gain CONTROL over the actions/words of other's.
Sometimes it works for you, sometimes it doesn't. But what hell! You've got nothing to lose by using these tactics, so why not just go for it anyway!

Surely you must mean you uphold your right to 'defend' yourself, but take no responsibility for your offensive, insulting and intimidating methods against others, whilst denying those on the receiving end of your attacks, the same rights of objecting, speaking up or defending themselves against your attacks?

Can you explain how contacting joekers mental health authorities was a sincere "attempt to protect Joeker from himself"?

When are you going to stop inhibiting and intimidating others with what ultimately leads to untenable, but nevertheless threatening legal action?

There have been several occassions where I have had to uphold MY rights in defending myself against your offensive and insulting comments towards me.

Do you expect me to relinquish the same rights you are demanding for yourself?

That's easy for you to say when you're not on the receiving end of PM's like this.

I was not trying to get sympathy at all Timelord. I had a perfect example of internet bullying sitting in my private messages box. You sent that. Just as you called the mental health people to try to involuntarily commit an 18 year old Aspie. That was you. That was through your actions and you must try to be a human and take responsibility for what you do. I know it is particularly hard for you because of your non-autism related condition, but you must try.
Basically you have been caught out and called out for being a bully. You need to understand that there are more people than yourself involved in these types of conflicts and your inability to take responsibility for your actions, escalating every disagreement or difference of opinion to insane levels and never resolving things does not look at all good. It does not need me to paint you in any way. You and your actions coupled with a nasty vindictive streak, a gigantic ego, a fanatical sense of righteousness, a problem sensing fact from fiction (real from unreal) and an offensive personality paint a lasting impression of you which is at best distasteful and at worst highly offensive.

Your right. The child you dealt with clearly doesn't want an apology either. "It's just a joke" is in itself an excuse for unjustified behavior known as internet flameing. It was rude enough for them to put "You are useing your AS as an excuse." as it was. That right there shows how they weren't listening to you. Sounds more like the described kid in the one makeing excuses, not you.

The web sight also.. Any web sight made to degrade some person that more than half the world hasn't met yet is the stupidest thing I ever heard. She diserves a metal for such imaturity. I am not pleased. You have, infact, PMed me once, saying that joeker was crazy or something in one, very brief line, with "sign the new petition? John Best most be stopped" in the rest. Small PM that didn't bother me. I declined. I can only assume now that you got miffed at him just for not continuing in your petition war. Now you say "yeah I did give Joeker a warning, but that's because".. Why does there always have to be a "but" or a "because"? That is blameing or dissing someone, last time I checked.

example: "Oh I wrote 'F you' to so and so because (blame here)" You can't say sorry or look like a good guy by putting "oh that's because so and so is an idiot". And for him to be banned because of you that easily? The idea..  Honestly, that's disturbing.

I understand why some of you are offended. This flameing match has been going on from thread to thread for far too long! I'm dissapointed about what was done to joeker. On the other hand...

     This is how these threads are getting hyjacked. It's the fighting, and the clash of all our heads together! It's not hard to see that! This is what is ruining this thread, and pushing other people to the side as if they didn't matter at all! Now, everyone is noticing Timelord and us hashing off like babies, and not the orriginal poster who needs support and for someone to listen to them for a change!!

No more John best! No more "shut up about John Best"! Enough is enough!
