My family:

You are a rude, selfish ***
You need to learn how to act normal
Stop being such a baby
I'm ashamed of you
Ungrateful brat
You're capable of getting staight A's, now start getting them!
You need to start talking about other peoples' interests instead of your own
(what, you want me to talk about boyfriends, body parts, sports, pop stars?)

Other people:

You're #$%&ed up!
You're weird/crazy/psychotic
Mental ***
Are you a lesbian with that strange @$$ chick?
Why can't you just act normal, for god's sake?
You'll never get a boyfriend and you'll never get married
You're ugly
You dress like an old lady
You should give up on your veggie diet and start enjoying hamburgers and bacon!
Why do you like to tie-dye so much (because it's fun, duh!)
You are too stupid to be in accelerated math (the people telling me this are a year behind in math)

their stupid anti-cat jokes that really piss me off:

I HATE CATS!!!!!!!!
I killed a cat
Why do you like cats?
Dogs rule, cats drool
Stupid cat lover, go to hell (see ya there)

I can't believe kids woud make fun of me just because I like cats! they are the crazy sickos, not me! Middle school was AWFUL. I'm so thankful I'm out. I'm going to start over at a completely new high school with about 4 of my good friends and I will never see those same anti-aspie bastards again!!

I think these people are a little bit mixed up - it's dogs that drool.  Also fart, hump legs, slobber, wipe their back ends on the carpet, smell, attack for no apparent reason, bark insanely for hours on end, etc, etc.  And as that women who tried to commit suicide by overdose found out, they will also eat your face while you lie in a coma, so that she needed a face transplant.  Cats do ... what?  Oh, yeah, they sit in your lap and purr.
Alison (fellow cat admirer)

I have cats and dogs. I'm sure your point was not that dogs were bad.
Dogs do alot of jobs also. Cats kill mice. Myself I prefer dogs, but I love
my cats. I love my lazy inside cat.

People think I'm weird, personally I kind off like the Alien description as I feel like one who has landed on the wrong planet!

And the one I hate most - When people tell me to "Cheer up" when I am in fact happy or not feeling anything in particular. People have been doing this to me my whole life and it makes me so mad!

Same here. I also hate it when my mom says "Relax," thinking it will help me overcome stress. All it does is make me more stressed out! I don't like people trying to console me, i like being left alone when I'm stressed (probably an aspie thing). And I don't like Mother reminding me to relax before school, treating me like I'm 10 years old.

People think i am weird but i lust think i am not weird i have a condition and thats why i am different.
I actually have very little clue as to how people view me.
Many of the comments posted by Mish and Amy also fits me. I guess I´ve allways been an outcast through my upbringing, so most ppl might think of me as a weirdo / goofball. I only have one true friend and she´s quite a bit eccentric herself. The main reason we have stayed friends since childhood is that we accept eachothers´ weirdnesses and are entirely open and honest with eachother for better or for worse.
Everyone's "weird" or "different" at some point, even NT folks, so even though I've had those words thrown at me before I've never thought much of them.  Some that I found more intriguing were

Unpredictable
Pretentious
Show-off
Creepy/scary (mostly with the opposite sex)

I was also once asked (with a straight face) by one of my classmates in secondary school whether I was an ugly baby.  How charming!
Normally I don't really react to much that people call me... I couldn't care less because people who only insult others - especially those who are different to them - do so to hide their own insecurities.

Some of the things I've been called are amongst the following...

"Cryptic"
"Loner"
"Oddball"
"Weirdo"
"Geek"

...a few "nicer" ones, mainly by those who know me, include:

"Adorable"
"Sweet"
"Gentle"
"Lovely"
"Gentleman"
I don't want to know what other people think of me.  And it's good not to know.
I get called a tramp by alot of people including random passers-by. I believe this is due to my complete lack of style, wild hair and naturally multicoloured beard.

Also I commonly get told to get my head checked due to my strange sense of humour. And people tend to get the impression that I have a terrible temper.

Also I get "Why don't you ever smile?" and quite confusingly "why don't you show any emotion?" and when I do I get "you need to learn some control on you emotions?"
Why do you think I need therapy?
I might agree, but how could you tell from that post?
I am cool, so I am wearing a coat. (ha ha! I'm hilarious)

Who ever Laura is tell her (or him if he has exceptionally cruel parents) thanks.
I know but I was hoping others didn't, so I could bask in the glory of being cool.
What is a dag? (I like your avatar Pakrat)

Instead of 'walking encyclopedia' people used to say to me 'brain of Britain' or 'brain the size of a planet'. Despite the fact I am not the brain of Britain, and it isn't the size of a planet, I always took it as a compliment. I cannot see how it could be a negative thing unless said in a sarcastic manner.
