I got some great craft books, including one on the history of textiles with some beautiful pictures. Also some chocolate.

I got £150 (early) from my mum which I then spent on presents for everyone so I got lots of smiles for Christmas

The answer to my question posed earlier (on the NT-AS interaction thread) "Are there any sources of support for getting onto the property ladder?" is evidently a big fat no.
