Hope there could be a huge collection of such ideas, so that we might be sure that there's a good one among them. No offense on your idea, it is just big.

I really like the thought of combining things that aspies are good at into one product which could represent them.
That would be similar to a forum, or? It would would be great if some journalists could track the great autistics of our time to inspire others.

The above link has information on how to start. In theory it shouldn't be too hard; it's more a question of finding the people interested.
I think it is important that the book/magazine shouldn't only be for people who agree with AFF's views. I also dislike the thought of that you may sponsor CAN or similar if you buy a such book/magazine.
I would make a good editer; I am very good at spotting mistakes, and I'm interested in words.
Right now I'm in the experimental stages of drawing, but I learn quickly I have something when we get this started.
DNEB. I'll have something...
Now that we have a few people willing to help, I suppose we need to think about how to start. I wouldn't want to such a good idea left to theory only.
I think the idea should be spread to places like wrongplanet and the "real" world.
Welcome to the AFF forums!
A website and a magizine would be ideal, they would cancel out each others weakness. It would likely start with the website first. Now, how do we get one up, what do we want on the site and who will start the project?
I was afaid of this; the ideas support apears to be fading.

I think that often happens, Logical Paradox.  When an idea isn't moving along quickly enough for people's taste or they feel they've hit a wall, they just stop.
I think we need at this point to stop, organize ourselves, and create a step-by-step procedure to follow in order to get this done.
I'm not sure what should be done first, but at some point we do need to start collecting material for the first issue, so- I propose we decide on a theme or underlying idea for the first issue and that people get started writing/drawing!

I've some ok drawings, but there at my mom's house and my scanners here at my dad's (I am always losing things this way!).

I also have patterns ( http://www.aspiesforfreedom.com/showthread.php?tid=6140 ) that could be used.
