URL means Uniform Resource Locator, a link to sites found on the Internet (i.e. http://www.aspiesforfreedom.com/)
What does "this URL may be invalid" mean?
when you get an invalid link (commonly known as Error 404) means the site is no longer available or broken. best bet is to find another link..

when you find the link, copy the address and paste it in your avatar settings (http://www.aspiesforfreedom.com/usercp.p...ion=avatar, save it, and there ya go!
