Knack or no knack, that doesn't mean you do or don't have Asperger's.
Plenty of AS folks are in the art field. I was *always* above my age level with both creativity and art. But, it was also a very weird kind of creativity. And highly perfectionistic.
I wasn't able to get things done unless they were *exactly* how I wanted them to be. Occasionally I would let go, but then the output would suck.

I do write computer programs form time time to time, but i write them the wrong way i'm told. And i find it head wrenching. But i think i like the challenge.

Do you think the lesser-functioning Aspies out there deserve to be called "parasites" for not holding onto jobs, not functioning well socially, and that Asperger's is not a real disability... it's just a case of immaturity and the person being a "parasite" for their family, the state, etc...?
Just curious. I don't believe in the above, but it seems that some people do.
