Bob Wright has been replaced as CEO of NBC Universal.  As blogged by Autism Diva, the LA Times has reported that it might have had to do with his use of his NBC position to promote Autism Speaks:

"Tensions have surfaced recently over the Wrights' use of his position, and airtime on NBC, CNBC and MSNBC, to promote Autism Speaks..."

Couldn't have happened to a more deserving guy.  

Why was he promoting Autism Speaks all the time?

He and his wife, Suzanne, are co-founders of Autism Speaks.  They have an autistic grandson.

I'm smiling

Let's hope he doesn't have any kind of pension or severance pay.

This is great news .

I suppose he was telling everyone what a "burden" his grandson was to the family and that he was "suffering".

I suppose the poor kid is suffering when they're his Grandparents.
