First off, I don't condone blah blah blah and I'm not responsible for blah blah blah, certain religious groups in the us are allowed to us peyote. To grow peyote, first you'll need some soil that drains easily. Sand mixed with a regular garden soil may work fine. Find a few small pots, as peyote doesn't get very large, and soak them until they're completely saturated. After this cover the small pots with plastic or make a small green house. This ensures that humidity and temperature will remain constant. The seeds should germinate within a week or so. Good luck and enjoy your peyote

Isn't peyote endangered or something and therefore difficult to get ahold of unless you're a member of that Indian cult that likes it? I'm fine with people using it, but I don't think I would just because the hallucinations would freak me out big time. I need to feel grounded and real in order to be comfortable.
Peyote is the best crop to grow because these cacti are amazingly resistant against environmental stresses and disease. Watering and humidity are your main concerns when growing cacti of any kind.
...-.- be prepared to wait a very, very, long time; they can take up to 20 years to fully mature.
yeah, but you can graft peyote and other slow growing cacti to faster growing cacti. San Pedro is a good cactus to grow along side peyote for grafting.
I like buttons too. I like the kind of button that you push better than the kind that keeps your shirt done up.
